  bricksolvr.com now shows what the app does before you open it, with models to try.

Plus a tidier app now that this page, the contact form and the privacy policy have pages of their own, faster loading all round, and a handful of small fixes.

  Pick the brick sizes you own

  The Brick sizes tab is now a list of what you have, not a list to switch off. Leave it empty and anything goes.

  Name your colors

  Give any color your own name in the new Color names tab. It shows on the bricks, in the parts list and in the CSV — and you can type it anywhere a color is asked for.

  A color picker that stays put

  A picker of our own that remembers whether you like hex, RGB or HSL, with an eyedropper for grabbing a color off the screen.

  A better wait

  The sliders and the demo list work while the page is still loading. If something goes wrong you get a plain message and a Try again button, instead of a logo spinning forever.

  More room on a phone or tablet

  Turn your device sideways in full screen and the original and the bricks sit side by side. On iPhone and iPad, adding BrickSolvr to your Home Screen gives you more room still.

Plus tidier tabs on small screens, per-size colors in the parts list, and a handful of small fixes.

  Point at a brick, watch it lift

  In the build guide, point at a brick — or tap it on a touchscreen — and it floats up off the build instead of just getting a flat outline. Clearer, and a lot more fun.

  A clearer build guide

  Missing bricks show as empty cages, and weak or missing parts get a small status chip in the tooltip. A new Focus toggle lets you soften the layers below — or switch it off to see the build so far.

  Smoother camera controls

  Orbiting tracks your cursor more tightly and coasts to a stop when you let go. The reset button now brings back the full view — zoom, angle and position — in a single tap.

  Fullscreen mode

  A new fullscreen button hands the whole screen to your model. Help and Contact tuck into a tidy menu, and hovering any control shows a friendly label.

  Camera help that fits your device

  The controls guide now shows the right gestures for your device — mouse, trackpad, phone, or a Quest or Vision Pro headset — and points out the reset-view button.

Plus clearer wording throughout, and a handful of small improvements & fixes.

  Upload a picture instead of a 3D model and BrickSolvr now points you to free models to try right away — and lets you join the waitlist for building from a photo, coming soon.
